Problems make the world go around. You probably have a job because someone has a problem, and you are able to solve some aspect of that problem. If a person or an organization has a need or a want, then there is an opportunity to add value. If you add value, you should receive a reward of some type: monetary or otherwise.
As opposed to the word "problem", the word "challenge" has a different connotation. It implies difficulty, but seems to be more inviting. I have conceived of this "Challenge Lounge" to be a place to present problems facing individuals and organizations, and to hopefully list and highlight the aspects of these problems that are ripe for innovation.
